Inmate Telephone Services

The Richland County Sheriff's Office has collect telephones in all housing units within the correctional facility. Many questions have arisen about receiving phone calls and what to do when a problem is encountered.

The inmate phone system is provided and maintained by Evercom Systems Inc., and services and billing information is handled by Correctional Billing Services. They may be contacted 24 hours a day 7 days a week by any of the following means:
